I am a voter
Taking advantage of the crowd we had gathered for Signal,
Twilio.org wanted to share their voting plan with the attendees,
to help them locate polling locations and receive reminders to go vote!

Context
At Signal 2018, attendees were encouraged to vote, and to help everyone out we created a voting plan that would remind the user when it was time to vote, and even provided directions to polling stations that the user could vote at. And if voting alone wasn’t enough incentive, the attendees who opted in also received a unique avatar item.
Long Lines
Every attendee that created a voting plan had their avatars appear in line on giant LED screens. It was an engaging way to display visual feedback to the attendee while connecting with those who had not yet joined in. It took till day two of Signal as we reached our goal of having 1000 voters sign up!
